Children’s Mental Health Awareness Art Lesson 🖼🎨🧠

Primary 6 had the opportunity to participate in an online art lesson relating to Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week! This was held by Sinéad McDermott a local artist and art teacher. We were given step by step instructions to help create our unique masterpieces, and experimenting with watercolour paints and oil pastels to help give the end result to our pictures. During this lesson the class were really engaged, while learning about how to focus on our personal growth, mindset, and our positive attitudes, whilst at the same time helping each child to relax and produce their best work.
