Our Minecraft Challenge today was to build an island. The class had a lot of decisions to make e.g.
- Do they work independently or in a group?
- How many children should be in each group?
- What kind of island should they build?
- How do they approach the task?
- If working in a group, how do we make sure that everyone is involved?
Once again, lots of opportunities for developing the skills of collaboration, creativity, problem solving, communication, resilience and perseverance.
